Centrally located and beautiful historic atmosphere. However, the ceiling was very low, making it uncomfortable for taller guests.

My experience was marred by the noise from the streets, which made it difficult to sleep peacefully. Although the bed was comfortable, the overall ambiance was disrupted by external sounds. Additionally, the check-in process felt rushed, and there were minor issues such as weak charging points in my room, making my stay less convenient.

i was almost going to give a good review, but really couldn’t with the walls so thin, i heard my neighbor snoring! and for a week-long stay, i expected a welcome gift or at least daily towel changes, but nope. sad attempt at hospitality. location was nice though, i guess.

We really enjoyed our family stay! The breakfast options, especially the pastries, were delicious. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring, with easy access to local attractions and a cozy balcony where we could unwind.

My wife says that noise from the street could be bothersome for the kids.

San Demetrio provided an excellent experience with a central location right on Via Etnea, surrounded by many attractions. The breakfast was satisfying, featuring nice Italian sweets and a variety of options. The staff were extremely cordial and accommodating, even offering late check-out, which made my stay feel extra special.
